16 Essential Oils for Tension in the Head & Neck

Tension in the Head & Neck

35 million Americans frequently experience varying degrees of tension in the head & neck. That’s a lot of Americans! Doing a quick search online, you’ll come across all kinds of reasons for this.

I want you to know that there are natural solutions to support the health of your brain & body! How awesome is that?

Let’s go over a few options that you could try together or separately. I recommend diffusing or rolling the oil on your temples and behind the neck.

pasttenseAromaTouch Massage Blend, Basil Essential Oil, Bergamot Essential Oil, Copaiba Essential Oil, Deep Blue Essential Oil or Rub, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Frankincense Essential Oil, Immortelle Anti-Aging Blend, Lavender Essential Oil, Lime Essential Oil, Myrrh Essential Oil, PastTense Tension Blend (MY FAVORITE!), Peppermint Essential Oil, Petitgrain Essential Oil, Hawaiian Sandalwood Essential Oil, Serenity Restful Blend

Here are some ways our team members are using the oils:

Mercedes: Frankincense on thumb pressed to the roof of mouth, lime on the temples, Deep Blue on the base of the skull and Copiaba under the tongue.

Greg: Frankincense on thumb pressed to the roof of mouth, Peppermint on the temples.

Katie: Frankincense on thumb pressed to the roof of mouth, Deep Blue & Copaiba combined & massaged into back and shoulders, PastTense on temples.

Diffuser Recipe: 3 drops Lemongrass, 3 drops Lavender, 3 drops Peppermint.

You may notice that all 3 team members use Frankincense… can you guess why?

Frankincense actually increases oxygen to your brain by a whopping 28%!!!!!

Frankincense is the KING of oils. If you don’t know what to use, use Frank.

Are you using Frankincense yet?!
